APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING

Appointments can be booked via our online booking system only. We encourage scheduling well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

CANCELATION AND RESCHEDULING

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Any appointments that are cancelled with less than a 48 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50 of all scheduled service(s). Any appointments that are no shows will be subject to 100 of all the scheduled service(s). Future appointments will not be accepted if cancellation fee is not received. We understand emergencies pop up last minute. We reserve the right to discontinue scheduling appointments with clients who no show 1 time or continuously cancel with less than a 48 hour notice.

LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive on time to receive the full benefit of your treatment. Arriving late may result in rescheduling, without a refund.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

Clients must inform our staff of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications prior to treatment. The Natural NP reserves the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.
