Nicole founded The Natural NP with a clear vision, to create a space where aesthetic treatments feel thoughtful, honest, and rooted in real clinical understanding.

As a Family Nurse Practitioner, her approach goes beyond surface-level results. She looks at the full face, considering structure, movement, and skin quality to create outcomes that feel balanced and natural over time. Her work is known for being subtle, refined, and never overdone.

Nicole believes that confidence comes from feeling like yourself, not a different version of yourself. Every treatment is approached with intention, education, and a long-term plan, so clients feel informed, supported, and comfortable every step of the way.

What she has built is more than a treatment space, it’s a place where clients can trust the process, ask questions freely, and know they are being guided with care.

Nurse Practitioner

Libby is a licensed, board certified Nurse Practitioner that comes to The Natural NP with many years of experience in OBGYN. She is originally from Syracuse, NY and prior to moving to Rochester, she spent a few years in Boston, MA. This was where she got her first job in aesthetics in 2019 and fell in love. She instantly connected with how empowering it is to be able to enhance someone’s natural beauty and help clients feel their absolute best. She prioritizes a detail-oriented and individualized approach to each client, leading to natural looking yet impactful results that meet their unique goals. Personally trained by The Natural NP owner and founder, Nicole Hewitt, Libby is excited to continue to bring you the level of service and quality of results that you’ve come to expect from The Natural NP. 

When not helping you achieve your aesthetics goals, Libby enjoys traveling, reading, or just relaxing at home with her husband, Owen.

Licensed Esthetician

Courtney is a licensed esthetician with a focus on creating thoughtful, results-driven skincare experiences that support long-term skin health. Her approach is rooted in personalization, taking the time to understand each client’s skin, concerns, and goals before recommending a plan.

She specializes in treatments that improve texture, clarity, and overall skin quality, while also guiding clients in building simple, effective routines at home. Every service is delivered with intention, ensuring that results are not only visible, but sustainable over time.

Courtney is known for her calm, welcoming presence and her ability to make clients feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in. Her goal is to create an experience that feels supportive, educational, and aligned with helping you feel confident in your skin.
